Student visa
Student (Class TU) Subclass 500 visa Apply for visa 6 weeks before the course starts along with all the documents. The documents varies according to individaul institute. Once the application is made the student mostly have to undergo biometrics test and health examination. Once visa is ready DIBP will inform us in writing about students visa grant number
the visa expiry date & the visa condition applicable on that visa. The family member of the applicant or student guardian can apply at the same time the application for student visa is made. The base application charge for Student visa is AUD $620. For our fees & charges please contact us.
Tourist visa
Visitor (Class FA) Subclass 600 visa The applicant must meet the healt requirements & character requirements. The applicant must have, or have access to, enough money to support himself or herself while in Australia. The applicant must only intend to stay temporarily in Australia and obey any condition and stay period attached to visa. The applicant must have health insurance to cover any unforeseen medical treatment applicant might need in Australia. Once visa is ready DIBP will let us know the decision on your visa application in writing along with

General skilled (GSM) visas
There are three visas available under this category: Skilled Independent (Subclass 189)
Skilled Nominated (Subclass 190)
Skilled Regional (Provisional)(Subclass 491) Applicant must complete skill assesment and English test before the Expression of Interest submission. Applicant for skilled visas must nominate a skilled occupation on one of the Occupation List:
1. Medium to Long Term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL),
2. Short Term Occupation List (STSOL), or
3. Regional Occupation List (ROL).
Applicant requires 65 points pass marks and poll marks to get the Invitation to apply. The points are worked out on the basis of applicant's English Test Score, Qualification, Work Experience, Age, etc. The application charge is AUD$ 4,045. For our fees and charges please contact us.
Partner or Spouse visa
There are two visas available under this category: 1. Prospective Marriage (Subclass 300) 2. Partner (Provisional/Temporary) (Subclass 309) 3. Partner Permaneant (Subclass 100) Under above categories De facto Partner or Spouse must have a sponsor who is Australia Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident or New Zealnd Citizen whom they are willing . 'De facto' partners include same-sex and opposite sex relationships. The Partner or Spouse has to proove that the relationship is genuine and ongoing. Parent visa
The visa applicant should have an approved Parent Sponsor before applicant can lodge an application for this visa. There are few Parent visa options the applicant can apply from offshore and they are: 1) The Parent (Migrant) AX (Subclass 103) is permanent visa available for Parents of any age but it is severely capped and take upto 30 years to grant this visa. 2) Contributory Aged Parent (Subclass 884/864) visa. This visa does require Balance of Family Test to apply. 3) Family (Temporary) (Subclass 870) visa. This visa is available for three years or five years and can be granted upto maximum of 10 years. This visa does not require Balance of Family Test. The application charge for three year visa is AUD 5,000; and five year visa is AUD 10,000.
Resident Return visa
There are two visas available under this category and they are: Subclass 155 - Five Year Resident Return visa; and Subclass 157 - Three Month Resident Return visa. The applicant is an Australian permanent resident or Australian citizen who subsequently lost or renounced Australian citizenship can apply from overseas under this catogery. The applicant is granted a visa for either 3 months or 5 years visa in accordance to the visa applicantion made by the applicant. The application charges for online application is AUD$ 405.
